Im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb von Batterien oder Akkus, oder Geräten, die mit Batterien oder Akkus betrieben werden, sind wir als Händler gemäß dem Batteriegesetz verpflichtet, über diesbezügliche Regelungen und Pflichten zu informieren:
Altbatterien dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll. Verbraucher sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, Batterien zu einer geeigneten Sammelstelle beim Handel oder der Kommune zu bringen. Die Abgabe ist für Sie kostenlos. Sie können ihre gebrauchten Batterien auch an uns zurückschicken. Die Rücksendung der Batterien/Akkus an uns muss in jedem Fall ausreichend frankiert erfolgen:

Altbatterien enthalten möglicherweise Schadstoffe oder Schwermetalle, die der Umwelt und der Gesundheit schaden können. Außerdem enthalten Batterien wertvolle Rohstoffe, die wieder verwertet werden. Die Umwelt und RNB Im- und Export GmbH sagen Dankeschön.
Die Mülltonne bedeutet: Batterien und Akkus dürfen nicht in
den Hausmüll.
 
Pb Cd Hg
Die Zeichen unter den Mülltonnen stehen für:
Pb: Batterie enthält Blei
Cd: Batterie enthält Cadmium
Hg: Batterie enthält Quecksilber
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, diese Informationen auch nochmals in den Begleitpapieren der Warenlieferung oder in der Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Geräteherstellers nachzulesen.

An excellent and rare product to find. Very easy to use. Fast and reliable. I have had no problems with it. My only long term concern is that it operates on a battery that I don\'t know how to change (can\'t get to it). Hopefully it will outlast my printer. I noticed this shop now sells a resetter that is mains powered too! |

The Item works great but after about a week it started to play up
i did make ask what the problem could be and was told it was the batterie
i have changed it and now works fine
maybe you should send a replacement batterie if it has been sat on your shelf for a while
**Answer of RNB: it hasn't. But this item is for personal use only, not for too many resets at one time. If you wait some hours after some resets, the battery will refresh itself. Thats normal. |

Resetters for other chips ie: Epsons indicated when there was a chip failure. This chip does not, and the customer will not find out until they get home and try it in their printer. Is there any way to rectify this problem?

**This is a CANON CHIP RESETTER ! It will never ever reset any Epson Chip ! |

This is an excellent, easy to use tool. I have 2 of these now to ensure that none of my customers are never without their cartridges.
Now if only there is something available for the Canon cartridges PG-30, PG-40, PG-50, CL-31, CL-41 and CL-51.

I have reset approx. 20 cartridge chips with no problems as of yet. I am very pleased so far with this product. |
